1. Return Period

All eligible returns for exchange or refund must be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

For carpentry, lock fitting, handle installation, smart lock installation, or other services, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been completed.

If there is a concern about workmanship, our team will review the issue and may provide service adjustments where appropriate.

Approved refunds will be issued using one of the following methods:

  • Refund through the original payment method, where possible
  • Store credit or exchange for another product
